Training and education is one of the largest parts of what the Royal Air Force Air Cadets does on a day to day basis, we focus on skills useful for both service and civilian life. And whether a Cadet or member or staff, you can gain a wide range of national recognised qualifications. Cadets can gain CVQO awards in leadership, public service, teamwork or even BTEC awards in aviation studies. And for staff everything from basic first aid awards to a master’s degree in leadership and management.
